If you were issued a wallet-sized birth certificate between May 1993 and October 2009, the Iowa Department of Public Health will exchange it for a complete birth certificate suitable for identification purposes.

Vietnam War 50th Commemoration "A Time To Honor" books are now available to pick up.

If you are a Vietnam veteran who served in Vietnam bring a copy of your DD214 to my office to receive your book. My office is located in the Courthouse, 1st floor by the drinking fountain. There are a limited number of books that I have received so this will be a first come first served basis.
