Marion County, Iowa, is home to the 106' Public Observation Tower at Cordova Park on the Lake Red Rock Reservoir. Marion County’s Conservation department manages 9 parks, trails, and wildlife areas encompassing some 3,412 acres across the county.

Our Offices and Parks

Marion County’s Conservation office is located on the 1st floor of the courthouse and generally open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Before visiting the main office or park offices, please call ahead to verify staff is available.
