- Filing Offices Open until 5:00 p.m. on 2/7/25
- School Candidates – School Secretaries are filing officer
- First day Auditor can receive Absentee Ballot Requests:
- Tuesday December 24, 2024
- First day to Absentee Vote at Marion County Auditor's Office 214 E Main St Knoxville, IA
- Wednesday, February 12, 2025 (if ballots are available)
- Office Hours: M-F - 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Please note ID required to participate.
- First day the Auditor's Office can mail absentee ballots to voters who have submitted requests.

- Voter Pre-Registration Deadline
- Tuesday, February 18, 2025
