2021 "Residential" Equalization

2021 Final Equalization Orders Issued for all “Residential” classed properties in Marion County.

Marion County has been issued 2021 Final Equalization Orders from the Iowa Department of Revenue regarding a 6% Increase of the 01/01/2021 “Residential” real estate values. Postcards with the Equalized Valuation information will be mailed out to all “Residential” properties pursuant to Iowa Code Section 441.49 beginning on October 8, 2021.
