Do You Need Workers?

As part of the Iowa Workforce Innovation Network (iWIN), CIRAS at Iowa State University has been doing research on Marion County and has completed a survey of area employers regarding workforce. Information will be shared on who is available to hire and best practices to hire these groups. Input will be collected on which strategies or segments will be included in a regional talent attraction focus. Please share this information with other employers interested in attending. This event will be held on TEAMS only. Below is the agenda for the session.
