Maintenance
The Facilities Department is responsible for the following at most county-owned facilities: snow removal, custodial services, and upkeep – which includes plumbing, electrical, and carpentry upgrades.
They manage infrastructure projects for the Courthouse, Law Enforcement Center, 6th Street Annex, Public Health, and the VA. The Facilities Department also works with Marion County department heads and the State Judicial Branch to continually maintain and improve infrastructure to meet the public’s need for safe and streamlined work areas. They report directly to the Marion County Board of Supervisors.
